Buffalo cheese less cholesterol, more health

Buffalo cheese has much higher nutritional value: it has lower cholesterol content, is richer in calcium, protein, vitamins, iron, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium.

Buffalo milk, according to EMBRAPA-CPTU, has 13% more protein, 58% more calcium and 47% more phosphorus than cow's milk, also has 33% less cholesterol, 41% more dry matter, which makes it exceptionally more profitable to produce cheese and other products.
